By accepting our estimate, made verbally or in writing, you accept these terms and conditions.

Please phone or write to us giving at least one weeks notice prior to cancelling our services.

If we have arrived to work and you no longer require our services then we reserve the right to charge 50% of the price payable for your usual clean.

To clean windows at the rear of property we need to have access, therefore your gates should be unlocked. Please supply us with your phone number so we can ring the night before a clean. 75% of price will be charged if we cannot get access to the rear of the property.

During inclement weather, we reserve the right to determine if the services should take place. Rain does not effect the quality of the clean. If you or your representatives prevent us from cleaning we reserve the right to charge 50% of the normal cost of the clean.

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our upmost to help. Any problems cannot be rectified after this time.

A risk assessment will be carried out prior to any job.
- We request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean.
- We will endeavor to clean all windows, but if any windows are inaccessible or unsafe, these will be left.

In the course of running its day to day business U C Clear will collect data in the form of names, addresses and phone numbers. We respect our customers privacy, this information is kept in line with data protection regulations.

U C Clear is insured for public liability.
- Any claim should be made in writing within twenty four hours after the liability has arisen.
- U C Clear shall not be liable for damage, however caused, to fittings or glass already damaged or for damage arising from faulty construction, poorly maintained windows or conservatory roofs on the premises.
- U C Clear will not accept liability for water damage to the property or the items therein where the windows have been left open prior to a clean or damage to the window or frame causes leakage into the property.
